Bob Knight

Bob's path to home building began after several years into retirement.  He started a label company with his brother-in-law in his garage in 1976, which grew into a successful business for over 25 years, printing labels for many companies, including Mary Kay and Neiman Marcus.  His roots in McKinney run deep.  His grandmother actually came to the area in the 1860s.  Bob has been married to Joni for 42 years.  He enjoys playing golf, and spending time with his 2 granddaughters.

Josh Knight

Josh grew up in Lucas, Texas, attended Plano East Senior High, then on to Texas Tech University where he majored in Marketing.  He worked for Fidelity Investments for 14 years before getting into home building and construction.  He is married to Hollie and they have 2 daughters, Madelyn and Olivia.  Josh enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Our History

After many years enjoying their farm in East Texas, Bob and Joni settled in McKinney in 2004.  Josh and family moved from Carrollton to McKinney shortly thereafter.  Josh and Bob have a vast knowledge in the business world, as well as the skills to build beautiful custom homes and quality remodels.  They were the City of McKinney's "#1 Commercial Builders in 2010" for the remodel of Hamm's Meat Market in Historic McKinney Square.  They also participated in Habitat for Humanity in 2011, helping make a dream come true with a new home for a single mother and her 2 children.  Honesty and Integrity are of upmost importance to Bob and Josh when working with families to ensure a quality job is done each step of the way.  Let us make your home a joyous haven for your family, and your children's families.
